The old Gardeners Cottage was rebuilt in 2001 and has been modernised to a high standard for families who wish to enjoy an unforgettable holiday.
Sitting on an elevated position it overlooks a large grassy area where children can play football and other sports. A stream runs through the site and there are lots of trees and shrubs to play in.
You will have exclusive use of over an acre of ground and total privacy is assured at the rear where there is a patio.
Ample parking at the front can accommodate 2 to 3 cars.
You enter through a sun lounge (an ideal spot to relax in) from a covered porch.
Inside you will find a large open plan lounge and dining area as well as a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave and full size cooker. A feature fireplace with a woodburning stove lends a unique atmosphere in which to relax.
Two large bedrooms with ample cupboards and a small bedroom will comfortably sleep six persons. The master bedroom is ensuite and has a double bed - the others have singles.
TV (Freeview) VCR and DVD players provided plus a small portable TV. There is an extensive video library in the laundry.
Central heating is provided free of charge as is electricity. The laundry is 50 yds away at the back of the other cottages and a small wash and dry costs about £2.
The cottage is ideally situated - St Andrews is a pleasant fifteen minute drive away and the picturesque little fishing villages of the East Neuk of Fife are just down the road.
Some twenty golf courses are within fifteen miles.
There are many inland and seaside walks all just minutes away.
You will be spoilt for choice when eating out. The area is one of Scotland’s best, offering a wide variety - the nearest inn is just half a mile away.
